Argireline anti-wrinkle solution combines two active ingredients to achieve a mild, non-toxic Botox effect, reducing and preventing expression lines by suppressing muscle contraction. An ideal alternative to Botox for those who don't want to lose facial expression.

Argireline anti-wrinkle solution has been proven effective in both reducing existing facial wrinkles and preventing the appearance of new wrinkles by directing its composition to the very heart of the same wrinkle formation mechanism. Argireline anti-wrinkle solution is effective in eliminating expression lines on the forehead, between the eyebrows, around the eyes and to reduce the amount of "bar code" lines on the lips.

Inspired by the Mesobotox procedure, this solution combines two ingredients to achieve a mild, non-toxic Botox effect. It reduces and prevents emotional wrinkles by inhibiting muscle contraction.

Faces with more complex facial expressions and overlapping muscle activity are standard contraindications to Botox, as it will lead to some deterioration and a sad overall appearance. Argireline, acetylhexapeptide-3, a unique peptide, is a chain of six amino acids that reduces the expression of existing expression lines and has proven effective against their development. This solution is a non-toxic, safer and milder alternative to botulinum toxin, acting locally on the same wrinkle-forming mechanism in a completely different way.

Muscle contraction is halved by blocking ion entry with leufasil and modulating the formation of the SNARE complex with argireline.

Muscles contract when they receive a neurotransmitter released by a nerve cell, and botulinum toxin A paralyzes the muscle by selectively blocking the release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular junction. BONT-A irreversibly cleaves the SNAP-25 protein, and therefore the SNARE complex cannot assemble. Argireline is a mimic of the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 and competes with the natural protein for position in the SNARE complex, so it destabilizes its formation without disrupting any of its components. If the SNARE complex is slightly destabilized, the vesicle cannot release neurotransmitters.

Leofasil, a pentapeptide, mimics the natural pathway of enkephalins, affecting the formation of expression lines in a new way. It is a modified enkephalin that binds to the enkephalin receptor outside the nerve cells.
