Policy

In accordance with the consumer protection law in the Republic of Moldova, the product can be returned within 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To exercise the right to return the product, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.
