YOUTH EXPERT™ Balancing Toner is an alcohol-free toner that neutralizes the skin's pH and restores its natural balance.

Active ingredient:

Anti-inflammatory and antiseptic: tea tree oil.
Squid and regeneration: niacinamide (vitamin B3 / PP) + d-panthenol (provitamin B5).
