INTENSIVE COURSE

"BASIC COSMETOLOGY"

The basic course program consists of 40% theory, which covers skin structure, common skin conditions, and principles for addressing aesthetic concerns. The remaining 60% of the training is dedicated to practical sessions, allowing students to gain hands-on experience. After 8 weeks of training, our students will be well-prepared to either start their independent practice or find employment in a beauty salon.

After completing the course, our graduates receive a state diploma, which is valid in most countries of the world. Together with the diploma, graduates receive practical skills that allow them to immediately start their practice and step on the first step of their career in the field of COSMETOLOGY.

The cost of the course is 2500 euros.

COURSE PROGRAM

• INTRODUCTION TO COSMETOLOGY: Communication ethics with clients. Organization of a cosmetology office (equipment, tools, materials). Overview and guidelines for filling out medical records and patient histories. Introduction to microbiology.

• SEPSIS AND ANTISEPSIS: Disinfection methods. Disinfectants. Sterilization and types of sterilization. Safety techniques. Preparing materials, tools, and equipment for use. Rules for storing and using instruments. Prevention of nosocomial and parenteral infections (HBV, HCV, HDV, HIV, herpes).

• ANATOMY OF THE HEAD AND NECK: Head skeleton. Nervous system. Vascularization. Sensory organs. Muscles of the head and neck. Facial muscles. Jaw muscles.

• TOPOGRAPHY OF THE HEAD AND NECK: Facial fascia and cellular spaces. Vascularization. Innervation. Lymphatic system of the head and neck.

• VISIT TO THE MUSEUM OF HUMAN ANATOMY at USMF "Nicolae Testemitanu."

• AGING PROCESS in all structures: skin, muscles, ligaments, and the skeletal system. Formation of wrinkles. Aging theories. Morphotypes of aging. Preventative cosmetology, anti-aging management.

• SKIN - EXAMINATION, STRUCTURE, FUNCTIONS: Histology of the epidermis - layers, cells, skin pigments, melanogenesis. Fitzpatrick phototypes.

• SKIN - STRUCTURE, DERMAL AND SUBDERMAL CELLS: Dermis histology. Skin fibers, collagen and its types, elastic fibers.

• DERMATOLOGY - GENERAL CONCEPTS: Acne vulgaris: classification, pathogenesis, differential diagnosis, treatment. Cosmetic treatment. Post-acne.

• COSMETIC PRODUCTS: Products from Dermedics, Institute BCN. Composition.

• PRACTICAL SESSION - Cleansing, Toning, Exfoliation, and Mask Application Techniques.

• MASSAGE TECHNIQUES (theory)

• PRACTICAL SESSION - Mechanical Cleansing Techniques. Dermedics. Ultrasonic Peeling Techniques. Dermabrasion. Combined Cleansing.
